Where is list-collections-template.liquid in Dawn Theme

I’m trying to figure out how to change the title ‘Products’ to ‘Works of Art’ or something similar but I can’t figure out how to do it.

I’m using the DAWN theme and I need to find where the following setting is:

list-collections-template.liquid

I’ve looked everywhere and I can’t find it in this particular theme?
