Where is my Columbo collection order status?

I ordered through this store and paid. But I did not get any delivery status.

To gain some additional context, I have a few questions regarding your order:

  • When was the order placed?
  • Have you gone back to the store/website you made the order from to look for other ways to communicate with them? You can try to look for their social media channels or perhaps, a contact form on their website.
  • Did you receive any information regarding your order after it was placed (i.e order confirmation)? I would recommend checking your junk folder, as notifications can sometimes end up there.

Thanks for your reply. The order was placed today at 4.00 PM. There is no
way to communicate with them. They kept a mail id to communicate but it is
of no use.There are lot of accounts on instagram with the same ads. I did
not receive any information as of now about my order. Please assist me
regarding my order.

Thank you for the added information.

As you just recently placed your order, I would recommend allowing for some time for shipping. Orders can sometimes take up to 4 weeks to be received due to shipping, production, and/or distances.

However, if you’re unable to contact the shop you can contact your bank for steps on how to proceed. They are the ones with the authority to retrieve your money back for you given the situation.
