In this case, it would be best to reach out to the business you have made the purchase from. With that being said, typically the online store will have a Contact Us page link towards the footer of the website. They would be in the best position to provide you with additional support regarding your order.

Did you happen to reach out to the business you made the purchase from? Shopify is an eCommerce platform that hosts online businesses, we do not have any involvement with shipping the orders. To get more information regarding your purchase, you can navigate to your order confirmation email and select view my order. However, if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase - you will need to reach out to the business you made the purchase from.
If you are unable to get into contact with the business, I would suggest speaking with your bank or credit card company about the situation. They should have processes aimed to retrieve your funds for the purchase.
