Just to set some expectations, Shopify is an ecommerce hosting platform. As such, we don’t play a role in the managing of orders for businesses that may be using our platform for hosting.
In situations such as these, we recommend that you reach out to the business you ordered from directly for updates regarding your shipment. Have you already tried to get in touch with them?
If you’ve tried to get in touch with the business, but they haven’t gotten back to you, and it’s been more than 30 days since your order, then please reach out to your bank so you can discuss recourse regarding the transaction.
