Where is the ADD TO CART form in the DAWN theme?

I need to add a snippet before my ADD TO CART form. I am using the DAWN theme. But I cannot find where the ADD TO CART form is located so I can add this code.

I have been googling for this answer and this keeps coming up. However it would seem neither of these two files are in the Dawn theme - at least not in dawn 2.0.
