Where should I be hosting theme .zips to use for shopify theme api?

Are you using the theme API to upload/ update theme files on Shopify stores? If so, you can host your theme .zip files on any secure server or cloud storage service that allows for direct download links, such as Amazon S3, or Google Cloud Storage. When you make a call to the Shopify Theme API, you’ll provide the direct URL to the .zip file in your request. Shopify will then download and unpack the .zip file from the provided URL to install or update the theme on your store. You’ll need to make sure that the provided URL is publicly accessible and not password protected or restricted in any way, as this could prevent Shopify from being able to download the file.
