I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble finding our support team! To contact our live support. Please go to this link. Once you have the support page open in an incognito window, select the option “Can’t log in to my account”.
Then click “I still can’t access my account”, then scroll down this page to select live chat support, you will then be connected to a live support agent. They can then access your account and help you out from there.
