Where to contact Shopify support to have store currency changed?

I would like to change currency of my shop (from Canadian to US dollars). I’ve already had sales so cannot do it myself. How do I reach SHOPIFY SUPPORT? I keep getting looped by to the same help section and won’t let me email support. Is there a direct phone number or email to reach Shopify support?

Alternatively, anyone have an alternate solution to my problem? My shop is in Canadian currency. Although a customer may have selected ‘US’ currency to display for shop prices, it reverts back to Canadian dollars in the final checkout step. It is very confusing to customers when they see a price jump due to switch from US dollars to Canadian dollars. I would like to have it set to US dollars all throughout checkout if ‘USD’ is the currency that was selected by customer.

In order to change the currency after making your first sale, you will need to contact support just like you said. If you’re struggling to do so, simply access our support through this link. Then, it will prompt you to log into your store > you can search your issue based on a keyword > scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Continue” to get support.
