I wanna setup afterpay in my store but idk where I can located my merchant ID or Secret Key. Anyone know where I can?

The Merchant ID associated with your shop is not something that will be found in the admin. The Shopify Support team will need to provide this directly.
They will require some authentication from your side and will provide you with a Merchant ID.
