Hi @Shopeemoon ,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community! I’m happy to provide some assistance with deactivating your shop, to ensure this gets resolved. To confirm I’m fully understanding, are you looking to close your online shop?
If so, you can utilize the password that is used when signing into your Shopify account to successfully deactivate your store. In the case that you don’t remember this password, you can update it from within the Shopify admin. To achieve this, I recommend checking out Managing Your Shopify Account documentation for those steps.
To change your password, you can:
-
Log into your store as the Store Owner.
-
From your Shopify admin, click your username and account picture.
-
Click Manage account.
-
In the left hand corner, select Security.
-
Under Password, select Change Password.
-
Update this information and click Save.
Once successfully completed, you can then follow our Pausing or Deactivating Your Store document for steps on how to close your shop completely. It outlines, that you can:
-
Head to Settings > Plan, from the Shopify admin.
-
Click Deactivate store.
-
If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.
-
If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.
-
Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.
-
Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.
Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
