Where to modify email for contact us form

I am trying to change the email address of where the Contact Us form sends the inquiries.

I have searched the forums, but it seems like the new UI on shopify has changed so the old posts indicating how to do this is no longer applicable.

Please advise where to go about changing this as I cannot make this change and all the inquiries are still going to the original email address that I signed up the account with.

Hi @jerryl ,

Please follow these steps to change the Contact Us form email:

• From your Shopify admin, go to Settings

• On the Store details tab, navigate to Contact information and click on edit

• Edit the sender email. Your contact form sends all submissions to the Sender email address of your store

• Hit Save

This does not solve the problem anymore. There is no “Contact Information” on the Store Details section and there’s no “Sender Email” field.

What is the solution to this issue now?

Having this problem right now, info is not there as indicated above. I changed the field and it’s still not working.

same here. UI changes have moved this section. I believe it is now under “notifications”, but i still am not receiving anything to this email when form is completed. Yes, the email account works fine otherwise.

New version Requires you to go to Settings—> Notifications ----> sender email

1. Hit save
2. Just below the sender email blank you will get Resend confirmation email, click it you will get a pop up saying verification sent
3. Got to your email and verify
4. TADA its done send a contact us email and test
