Where to place Tidio Live Chat box code in Dawn 2.3 theme?

Hey Shopify Community,

Got a quick question. I installed Tidio-Live Chat about a month ago and then had to uninstall it. I like the app, the only problems was the chat box was blocking my GDPR message at the bottom of the screen on mobile view. They gave me a line of code to install it to have it put on my Contact page, but… where to install it? I ask for the chat box to be on my “Contact Us” page instead. I know I would have to go in the liquid. theme somewhere. Would anyone know where to put the code using the Dawn 2.3 theme?
