Can anyone suggest an app where I can assign an “I agree” popup with a custom message to certain products. It can either be at the add to cart level or when they go to checkout if that certain product is in their cart.

I Don’t have an app, but I edited my product code to require customers to check a box on certain items to acknowledge things.
In my case I have a 7-14 business day turn around on shirts. I make customers check a box.
Not sure if that would work for you or not.
