What is the best App for us to create a Pick n Mix sweet box where customers choose only 10 items from a choice of 150 products to make their own box?

From there, I’d suggest looking through the features, and using the free trials available to test which app will be the best fit for your business. Here are some options:

Bundle Builders let customers create their own custom bundle. They give your customers the option of choosing from a selection of products (curated by you) to create their desired bundle.

@TSP1 You may have already found a solution by now, I do have another option for you to consider, it may also help others who are searching for this kind of solution. As you want your customer to pick at most 10 items from a list of several items to make their own box then that can be possible with the MultiVariants - Bulk order app.
You need to create a product in Shopify and under the main product create other items as variants that you want to offer to choose like a box. So, all the items will display under the main product as variants and your customer can choose their own bundle with a combination of 10 products. With this app, you need to set the min and max quantity as 10, so your customer must choose 10 products as a box before going to the cart page.
You’ll get 3 days of trial along with great customer support for exploring all other features and decide if this app is helpful for you or not.
