We’re looking for an app that allows us to send an automated reorder email to customers 30 days after their purchase. We would need to be able to exclude certain products where reordering wouldn’t make sense from this automation. Ideally, we would also want to be able to cross-sell other products in those emails (ideally based on the product they’ve ordered but we can work around this if that isn’t possible).
Can anyone recommend a good, possibly free app that would allow us to do this? Thanks!
