Which companies offer no credit check payment plans for merchants?

I am interested in offering a “No Credit Check” Payment plan like this one. https://www.zzounds.com/info/payplan. Does anyone know if there is an app or what company offers this to merchants and works well with Shopify?

My suggestion is to install the Zip Pay(http://zip.io/) and After pay(https://www.afterpay.com/global/country-select) apps. I will consider adding these apps to enhance the functionality of the platform
