I want to use USD currency,I sell for international customers. please help

Shopify Payments is not available in South Africa, so you won’t be able to use it.

To charge in USD for international customers, the best option is:

  • PayPal → accepts USD without problem

  • PayFast, PayGate or Peach Payments → local gateways for SA stores (mainly in ZAR)

So yes — you can sell internationally in USD using PayPal, even if your store is based in South Africa.
