Other key functionality we are looking for:
Ability to use chatbot to respond to order tracking, order edits, order cancellations and general questions such as how much is your shipping.
Ability to manage customer service channels in one view.
App based for on the go customer service.
Not necessarily a live helpdesk that needs to have staff available live.

We use Resolvebot for our AI customer service. Unfortunately it’s only for email customer service andcannot solve problems itself, but at least it automates a part of the customer service.
