Is there any list of mobile devices/browsers that Shopify supports, and hence the Shopify Apps should support?
Or any statistics of the service usage by specific devices/browsers?

Rein here from Shopify. I see you are wondering what web browsers that Shopify currently supports.
Right now Shopify supports the latest two versions of all major browsers. You can read more about this here on our help centre.
Browsers supported by Shopify include:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Apple Safari
- Microsoft Edge
- Opera
- Apple Safari for iOS
- Google Chrome for Android
This applies for the mobile site, however for the Shopify app you can view information on up to date supported devices and Operating Systems here.
