We are looking to move off of our current platform to a true eCommerce site. We have been using PayPal Zettle devices very successfully. I know Zettle works with Shopify but does it work with all plans or are there specific plans we would have to select?

I did look up what PayPal Zettle was and it seems to be a Point of Sale solution? If that’s correct, there will be no built-in integration offered by Shopify for you to use that service simple because we offer our own Point Of Sale solution.
While we understand why you would want to stay with your existing provider, I do encourage you to read more about our POS solutions for a smooth customer and admin experience from in-person to online sales.
Back to your question, I wasn’t able to find an app or integration that we helped develop to connect the two. With that being said, it looks like PayPal might have an app solution through their end that could work. Check out their resource here: https://www.zettle.com/gb/integrations/e-commerce/shopify. As such, make sure to connect with them on any requirements or limitations for using this in connection with Shopify.
