What is the best shopify theme which a user can use to design a manga based website which is previously designed on wordpress.

I suggest using the Dawn theme initially. It’s highly customizable, and we can create a similar template with it.
If you’re considering building a site on Shopify, I recommend using a Development store instead of the trial version. The trial version is only available for 15 days, and after that, you’ll have to pay. Since the setup process can take time, it’s not worth paying when you’re still in the development stage.
