Which theme is best for a service-oriented website?

Good day,

I want to build a service website. The services included are plumbing, electrician, contractor etc. Each provider will have their name and contact information. The providers will also have a rating on their portfolio.

A customer can select the service by category (job) and make the booking based on the date and time that is convenient for them. I would also like to build an app once the website has been developed.

Would anyone recommend that I go with Shopify, and if yes, which theme would you recommend?

If not, would you go with a WordPress site instead?

Hi. Thank you for your response. I have used Shopify for a few e-commerce sites so I know the capabilities and the superior functionality.
The issue I am having here, is that I can’t seem to find a theme to properly represent what I’m trying to build.
It is a full service site with several vendors/ suppliers of each service.
If you can recommend a theme, I would appreciate it.
