I’ve tested your website on my mobile device and it appears fine on my end. Are you still experiencing the issue on your end? If so, please provide a screenshot and details on the mobile device you are using.
However, I did notice that there is a split second of a white screen when loading the store on the mobile device. Is this what you are referring to?

From what I can tell, this could be one of two things.
First, it’s possible that this is due to the speed of your site. If you have many apps, large images or have done code changes, it can slow the load time of your site significantly. We have some troubleshooting tools here that can help you determine what is delaying the initial load time.
If all appears to be in working order on that front, it’s possible there is an issue with the theme itself - especially if the issue is isolated to mobile devices. Which theme are your currently using?
If it’s a Shopify theme, please let me know and we can discuss next steps. However, it is important to note that if you have made code changes to your Shopify theme, we will not be able to assist in this regard.
If you are using a third party theme, you can contact the developer directly for more insight on this.
