Please! I need help setting up this store, I already paid the money for this month and I truly need to get going. It’s not as simply as you make it look on youtube. Who can I speak with about setting up my theme? And how do we get in touch with a live person? It took me several times to just find away to email you all. If we need help with our store. What do we do? Who do we contact please?
Hi @cokolo You do the work to run a store , shopify does not they provide the platform.
Setting up a theme and configuring a store is a process that is the responsibility of the merchant.
Shopify support will only assist if you have technical issues or need clarifications on how shopify works,etc.
If you need assistance for matters that are a merchants responsibility you will need to hire a setup service.

Thanks for responding to me. Can you point in the right direction…I want to try and set up the theme myself first. I need to know how the website works before handing off to anyone. If I fail of course I’ll reach out to you all for help. I am considering selling digital products in my shopify store and need to know the best theme to go with please.
