Only require a ABA bank merchant account.

Given that some Shopify merchants have questions about which payment applications are supported for Cambodian payment gateways, I’d like to provide some more detail.
From what I understand, the ABA Bank’s PayWay is a prime choice for Cambodia, as it offers the capability to connect with the international market. It does this through credit and debit card payments, including Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, and JCB, as well as the ABA KHQR option, which allows payments through the banking app.

Steps to obtain ABA Bank merchant facility is as below

  1. First, you need to have an registerd business in Cambodia, ABA business Bank Account.
  2. Next, sign up for the ABA Merchant App (check out this link for instructions on setting up PayWay mobile for your business).
  3. After registering for the app, you’ll get test credentials automatically. To get live merchant credentials, you need to conduct a test transaction through the Shopify ABA PayWay app and submit a screenshot or video capture of the successful transaction to ABA PayWay Merchant Team. The ABA team will then grant you access to live merchant features.
