I’m trying to turn off test mode. I’m not store owner. I’m a collaborator with access to it all.
How to turn off test mode?

To clarify, do you mean that the store you’re working on has Shopify Payments in test mode and they’re ready to start accepting real payments? If so, the account owner can disable test mode by following these steps and de-selecting the setting that says Enable test mode.
This action is only available to the store owner so you’ll want to reach out to them to get this done. You can find a list of tasks that only the store owner can perform here. You can also find more information here on the staff and collaborator permissions the store owner can assign to you.
