We have received 2 requests to our new shopify store, we need to know who is trying trying to access the store. and how to block them.

Thank you for the screenshot showing the request. For your businesses security, I have edited the image to hide sensitive data and reuploaded it here in my reply for you. It’s a good idea to keep your name on your account and your unique store URL private whenever possible as these are identifiers for your account.
In this situation I would ask that you please contact our live support so that they can review the partner account making this unsolicited request and take appropriate action if necessary.
Please follow this link: Contact Support, sign into the affected store account and choose the topic Account > Account Security to see all available support options. While our support will not be able to provide you any contact information for the partner making this request they can escalate it to our partner team for review and they will reach out to the partner if deemed necessary.
