I bought a coat of a buisness and they got banned but they refunded the coat a day before they got banned on shopify. My question is do they send the refund or does shopify. Any help would be appreciated.cheers.

If after some time has passed and you have not yet received your refund, we recommend contacting your bank for steps on how to proceed. They will be able to provide further guidance on this as well as the next steps on how to retrieve those funds.
