Who to contact for adding more G-Suite emails to our store's domain?

Our store’s domain is hosted through Shopify. The email “info@ourstorename.com” is a G-Suite email. We need to add more emails for employee use, and wish to use the same domain. Google Workspace says our license is maxed out a 1, and that we need to contact our reseller. Is that Shopify, or the ultimate domain host (TuCows)?
