I had a 3000eur a day store. 3 weeks ago it dropped to 300eur with no change to website or advertising. After much testing we discovered that the express checkout buttons at the top of shopify checkout no longer work. I’ve had shopify certified experts look at it, I’ve replicated the problem on ios, Android, and just about every browser you can imagine on both Apple and Windows based desktops and tablets in 5 different countries. I’ve contacted support and given them videos of the issue, error codes using dev inspect of the site and recording as shopify checkout blocks the transactions. I run 3 shopify stores with turnover solidly into 7 figures and after 3 weeks of back and forth with canned responses the support persons response was “have you tried clearing the cache or using incognito mode on your browser” I hear from them roughly every 4 days with a follow up canned response to my (understandably in my opinion) outraged and furious response to their "help. "
