Is anyone experiencing issues with Shop Pay when handling new wholesale account sign-ups? We’ve been trying to troubleshoot a problem where applications (specifically for our PF Candle Co. wholesale account) don’t fully appear on the backend, including missing notes. It seems like the Shop Pay app might be causing the issue. Has anyone else encountered this using custom forms and if so, any solutions?
