Why am I being billed for a year instead of one month?

I reactivated my store and signed up for monthly subscriptions, It said to be billed nothing and $39 and 30 days. However, it was charged a year. How do I get this fixed? Thank you.

You can start by describing your situation to the Virtual Assistant or saying what you need help with. For example, you can say something like 'Billing review request’. Then all our Help Centre resources will be presented but as you need to speak to Support team, click on ‘I still need help’. Then you should be asked to select the store and see option to chat to Advisor.
