I have a shopify store that is inactive, and the stores shouldn’t get billed while inactive, yet I’ve been billed 41 dollars. I have been trying for the past 3 months to try and cancel my shopify subscription, at first the one dollar a month wasn’t a big worry for me, but now it’s normal price it is. The issue is I can’t login to my account in the first place, and if I do, it doesn’t let me cancel the subscription because there “isn’t one in the first place” since it’s inactive and it tells me to start it at 1 dollar a month even though it keeps billing me.
And to add to it, I had to create a whole new account due to not being unable to login to that main account. Whenever I tried logging in through Google, it kept redirecting me right back to the login page.
