Why am I being charged double for shipping costs?

Hi! I hope, You Can help. Lately I have a quite some cases, where paying for delivery is taking twice. It happened all the time last few days, when customer ordering more, than 1 item. Best, Ilas

Hi,

One of the main reason why the delivery charge is doubled might be the package weight. Please ensue you have configured the product weight correctly. Another reason is Shipper address or recipient address are with in the serviceable area for the carrier, they charge huge surcharge for such addresses. Please verify the same.

Other reasons might be the following:

  • Multiple packages are not accounted for during calculation of rates
  • Dimensions are not accounted for during calculation of rates
