Why am I being charged extra on my AutoDS account?

I have the baisic shopify plan and I use AutoDS as my supplier. Yesterday, on January 12 I was charged $603.14, %533.75 of it was from autoDS saying that I had “add ons” and $69.39 for tax. I have no clue what this is and I did not add anything on AutoDS. Can someone explain why this is happening and how I can fix it.

  1. From your Shopify admin, go to Settings > Apps and sales channels.
  2. Next to the name of the app that you need help with, click > Get support.
  3. Enter the details of your issue.
  4. Click Send message.

I had the exact same incident today, but for $368.70. Were you able to get it figured out?

Me too! They tried to charge me the same amount without me even purchasing anything

Each plan includes a set listing limit and features, with add-ons like automation tools, product research, or VA access billed separately. You can review your plan, add-ons, and billing details anytime in your Account & Billing section.
