I closed all my shopify store a couple months ago, But recently for the past few months it has been charging my store. “Ok i’ll just cancel my store again”. When I logged in all I see is “Inactive store” so i press on it and it says “Your trial has ended”. Then I go look on my card “Shopify C charges you 29$” Now I confused on how shopify is charging a CLOSED store. Help please

Are you certain this store is 100% closed? Is it possible it was maybe paused rather than closed perhaps?
