This is my third month paying and Shopify has charged my card 2 additional times. This is the first time I have experienced this. I’ve tried calling, emailing and talking to the live text but these were unhelpful, and unsupportive. I am unsure what to do if anyone can help.
Shopify took a total of $117 USD off of my card; and not just one payment for the month, which is how it should have been.

When you reached out to our authenticated support team, were they able to help you confirm where the charges were coming from? If these charges are all coming from your one store you should see them noted in your billing statement under Settings > Billing.
If these charges are not all coming from your active store then we definitely want to have that escalated to our billing team for further investigation. If this was not done with your last support chat, please reach out again and share this community thread with your support agent to ensure that action is taken. If you can please also share any ticket numbers you might have regarding this issue where you believe that your support agent was not providing suitable help, I’d be happy to have those tickets reviewed.
