Why am I being double billed for my subscription?

Any help here would be much appreciated!!

I got a bill on 12/23 which included the subscription fee…and then another bill on 12/30 for an additional subscription fee. It’s the main Shopify sub fee - not an app or anything else. I can’t seem to find anywhere to contact/email/chat with a real person to help me with these double charges.
