Why am I being double charged after changing my store name?

I recently changed my store name. A couple of days ago I was billed the monthly subscription fee.
Today I was billed again after the name change. Not a new store, the ORIGINAL store just a different name.

Why am I being billed TWICE just because I changed the name of my store?

Please give me an answer to this frustration.

To ensure that I’m on the same page, did you change the name of your store in Settings > General? If this is the case, you should not be charged again. You can change your store name as you please. Rest assured, we can get to the bottom of this. However, we’ll need to access your account and billing information in order to resolve this issue.
