I installed the AutoDS app and select the 49.99$/month subscription. but I got billed for 374.19$ for the first month. can anyone please tell me why is it happening so?
Hey, @deal-hut .
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention.
I’ve taken a look at AutoDS All-In-One Dropshipping and it’s possible that you may have opted for one of their annual subscriptions as they don’t have a monthly plan over $69.99/month. However, if you believe there was a mistake, then we’d recommend getting in touch with the app developer first and identifying the issue - they can then assist you with changing your plan back to a monthly subscription and refunding the annual subscription. You can get in touch with them directly using the contact information found at the bottom of their app’s page or by contacting them through their website here: AutoDS - Help Center.
I noticed that you’re a new member of our Shopify Community and I’d love to hear more about your business! What kinds of products are you dropshipping? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?
Hi Elias, I have a big problem I canceled my subscription with autods and I have a usage fee of $41.82 and after reaching $200, automatic invoicing will be turned on. I’m afraid that even after it’s over, that amount will be worshiped again every month or even more. I need urgent help. The bank tells me that I don’t have a set maximum amount and I can’t even deactivate the store.!!! HELP
Exact same thing happened to me. Billed 379 for no outlined reason. Im on the shopify 29.99 monthly plan with added 9.99 shipping and still on the 1$ a month shopify site plan for the first 3 months. Make it make sense?
Hi @deal-hut
From the AutoDS team, here’s a quick breakdown:
AutoDS billing is simple and predictable. You pay a monthly or yearly subscription based on your plan. If a charge seems higher, it’s often because an annual plan was selected and billed upfront at a discounted rate.
You can always check your Account & Billing section to see your active plan, add-ons, and payment history. And if anything’s still unclear, our support team is happy to help!
