I am quite upset and frustrated. Throughout this week, I have been trying to buy a domain for my store; however, I kept receiving ‘server error’ messages. Yesterday, I noticed that my credit cards have been charged five different times for the same domain (80 USD). I tried adding the domain to my store, and it is still available to be purchased.
What can I do to rectify this? I sent an email; however, I have received a response yet. PLEASE HELP!!

Generally speaking, domain purchases are non-refundable, but if there is a case where you have been repeatedly charged for the same domain (and may not have been able to purchase the domain at all) we would want to investigate this and make it right.
