Why am I billed twice for the same app on my monthly invoice?

I believe I’m experiencing a mistake on my Shopify Bill.

It says that I owe a monthly charge for an app I recently downloaded but i’m still within the first month of use and I already payed for it! It’s adding the monthly charge to a current bill that is due. What’s going on?
