Why am I charged multiple times for one domain purchase?

Hello, I bought the domain and was charged three times for the domain and in the end, it’s still not accessible for me to add to the store. It keeps saying the domain is available for purchase but on my credit card there are three payments from Shopify for the exact same price all one minute apart. How can I get in touch with someone to fix

Since you’re seeing duplicate charges, there’s a likelihood that the domain purchase is failing and the charge is being automatically refunded (but they’re appearing on your credit card statement as an authorization that’s expected to expire).

Once the issue is fixed and you’re able to connect your domain, make sure to set up your custom email and register for email hosting. With email hosting, you can have a professional custom email that reflects your domain (e.g. info@yourstore.com). It’s highly beneficial for your business as it can build consistent branding and trust. You can sign up with an email hosting platform such as Zoho Mail or Google Workspace.
