Why am I continuously charged 9 USD from an unknown account?

I keep getting 9 USD on my credit card from Shoppfy. I don’t know which account was it. If customer support contact me or give some way or sending credit card statement, can they help me find it, and resolve it?

It is hard to know which account you have open and charging you. I recommend entering our store recovery page and entering any email addresses that could have been used to set up your store. If your store is connected to your email, the system will provide you with a store name, and you can log in and close your store, stopping the charges to your credit card. If you cannot find the store, you will need to contact our Support Team, as they may be able to find the store associated with your credit card charge via the transaction number on your statement.
