Why am I encountering an xml error during checkout?

Hi,

I set up a paysafe method for my site payments and add my neteller account.

When i’m on checkout, i put my credit/debit card information and checkout, and everything looks ok, but then the site returns to the credit card informations page and an error appears, see image below:

Hey were you able to fix this? If yes, would you be able to tell what was the reason since i am facing the same issue
