Why am I experiencing a server error when buying a domain?

Hello, I am trying to buy an available domain but it keeps coming up as server error. It does not list any errors either

Thank you for sharing a screenshot of the error you are receiving. It looks like you are using a mobile device; by chance, are you on the Shopify app? If so, I do recommend trying on a desktop computer. Another way to reset the app would be to delete it and reinstall it; sometimes, it just needs a refresh.

I used safari and chrome and I am still getting a error
