Why am I experiencing a significant traffic loss after store updates?

Hi, I have recently made a few updates on my store and have been experiencing a 25-30% loss of traffic over the past 7-10 days. About 2 weeks ago I put around 40% of my products into draft from active. I added redirects for all of the products to a new item/collection or the same item in another color. I can’t seem to figure out if there is something I am missing or if it will just take some time for google to update the pages. I was expecting a slight drop due to these products being dropped from google but not this significant. Attached below is an image of the traffic breakdown by category over the past month as well as the traffic numbers in shopify and google search console. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I really appreciate all of you who contribute in these forums.
