It’s hard to know what exactly was causing this issue with PayPal but I am glad to hear that the issue seems to have resolved itself after you changed the store’s currency and enabled international shipping in Shopify Markets. It’s possible that one of these things had an impact or it could have been a time-related error that resolved itself on its own.
Either way, I am glad that the gateway now seems to be working properly but please get back in touch if you experience any other problems.
