Why am I facing Klaviyo integration issues with the Dawn theme?

Having an issue on my site: www.saigabikes.com where I have integrated klaviyo with shopify perfectly fine, the issue is whenever I make an email sign up template (mobile-only tap2, or really any email sign up pop up), klaviyo comes up with the following error

I have read through the “installation documentation” and it was of no help, basically just said that klaviyo would automatically insert its JS into shopify. Really trying to get this issue resolved ASAP

I didn’t run into any issues with installing/publishing the email signup form I made in Klaviyo. It’s the embedding part.

I don’t want the signup form to appear on the homepage, therefore I can’t use the widget option. Were you able to successfully hardcode the snippet div tag on your Shopify site? Mine just shows as a blank area.
