If you are still experiencing this issue can you please confirm for me what type of device you are on and what browser you are using currently?
There was recently a very important security update for your internet browsers that may be required to access Oberlo. I would also check to ensure that your browser is fully up to date. We recommend using the Google Chrome browser as well.
You will also want to do a full browser cache and cookie clear for all time to see if that helps. If the issue is persisting after all of that please reach out to our live support for the next steps in troubleshooting this issue.
Thanks for your response. I’ve done everything you suggested. And still have the same problem, I’m trying to get an IT person to take a look. Will update if problem is resolved.
